FOUNDATION is an 8-week online container with a clear beginning and a clear completion.

  • Start: Sunday, January 25
  • End: Sunday, March 15

This container is intentionally time-bound.
Integration needs structure — not open-endedness.

  • Day: Sundays
  • Time: 13:00 – 15:00 (CET – Central European Time)
  • Frequency: once per week
  • Total: 8 live sessions

The schedule remains consistent throughout the entire container.

If you are joining from a different time zone, we clarify this together before you enroll.

Each live session lasts approximately 2 hours.

Sessions include:

  • embodied teaching
  • experiential nervous-system work
  • integration and reflection space

The pace is deep but digestible.

FOUNDATION is live and interactive.

All sessions are:

  • held live online
  • recorded
  • made available afterward

Live presence is strongly recommended whenever possible, as nervous-system learning happens most effectively in real time.

FOUNDATION is held in a small, contained group of 8 Woman.

This is intentional and non-negotiable.

Smaller groups allow for:
