In our borgo, you might sleep in a whitewashed lamia with curved stone ceilings, a trullo with its iconic cone roof, or a peaceful campagna villa overlooking the olive groves — just like generations of farmers, artisans, and families before you. People who once rose with the sun, cooked over fire, and lived by the rhythm of the land.

A campagna villa was once the heart of rural life — a working home surrounded by olive trees, fields, and animals, built for those who lived in tune with the land and sustained themselves through its rhythms. Today, it offers space, stillness, and the feeling of being held by the landscape itself.

Trullo
A trullo is a conical stone dwelling, handcrafted centuries ago by farmers who used what the land gave them — limestone, patience, and simple geometry. Sleeping in a trullo connects you to a long lineage of rural wisdom, where every stone was placed for coolness, shelter, and silence.

Lamia
A lamia is a whitewashed farmhouse, once used for tools and storage during olive harvests — compact, strong, and full of shade. Today, these thick-walled spaces have become intimate sanctuaries, perfect for retreating inward and finding rest in simplicity.

The crystal-clear Adriatic Sea is only 25 minutes away. Wander through our 4-hectare olive plantation in the evening, surrounded by the serenity of nature.

Our three retreat homes — Villa, Trullo, and Lamia — are thoughtfully spread across hectares of olive groves and stone paths. Each space is tucked into its own quiet corner, with 2–5 minutes walking distance in between.
This natural spacing offers just the right balance: enough distance for solitude and rest, and an easy flow into communal meals, shared rituals, and spontaneous connection.
